While our online gift shop offers exclusive apparel and barware, federal law prohibits the direct shipment of distilled spirits to consumers. Please use our product locator to find a licensed retailer near you.

What is your return policy for merchandise?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused gift items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sales of personalized items and glassware are final.

How long does shipping take for gift shop orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Do you offer international shipping for merchandise?

Currently, we only ship gift shop merchandise to addresses within the United States and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding our reach to international fans soon.

Can I book a distillery tour through the website?

Yes, we highly recommend booking your tour in advance through our 'Visit Us' section. Tours are popular and often fill up weeks in advance.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the item to arrange a replacement.
