Buffalo Trace Distillery stands behind the quality of our merchandise; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our gift shop, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that per state law, all sales of alcoholic spirits are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Distillery

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our returns department located at our Frankfort, Kentucky distillery address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
